LINE COOK

- Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook or in a similar role with high volume in a fine dining restaurant or banquet facility.
- Proficiency with kitchen equipment and knowledge of cooking techniques.
- Foremost, must be able to provide Award-Winning Service by exceeding brand standards by evidence of Hilton and OpenTable scores.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and left up to 50 lbs.
- Safety and Sanitation: complying with health regulations, including proper food storage, dating and handling.
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve Service and F&B sales budgets/targets. Must be available for all shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Confident, self-driven, dynamic and loves to learn. Has a strong ability to take direction and suggestion from others.
