Lebanon, NH

Pay: $20.00 $29.00 per hour (based on ability and experience)

Gusanoz Mexican Restaurant is seeking dependable, hardworking Line Cooks to join our team. We are a well-established local restaurant that has proudly served the Upper Valley for over 20 years. We believe in treating our team members with respect and creating an environment where people can build a long-term career.

WHAT WE OFFER


Competitive pay: $20 $29 per hour based on experience
One week paid vacation every six months
Home by 10:00 PM or earlier most nights
Closed on most major holidays

RESPONSIBILITIES


Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Assist with prep work and kitchen organization
Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
Support fellow team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations


QUALIFICATIONS


Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Team-oriented attitude
Commitment to food quality and guest satisfaction
