The Crooked Paddle is seeking an experienced Line Cook / Grill Cook to join our kitchen team. We are a busy American bar and grill looking for someone who has a genuine love for food, takes pride in the meals they prepare, and works well in a fast-paced team environment.

This is a full-time position, and previous restaurant kitchen experience is required. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working multiple stations, including grill, fryer, and general line cooking.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience required

• Experience working grill and fryer stations

• Strong understanding of food preparation and kitchen organization

• Ability to work efficiently during high-volume service

• Dependable and punctual

• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team

• Weekend availability is required
