Line Cook

Line Cook Needed. Some shifts may involve working on the fry or char broiler as well as the grill. Any experienced cooks with that or pizza skills will be helpful.

A Line Cook, or Prep Cook, plates dishes and completes basic food prepping tasks for a restaurant. Their main duties include preparing and cooking food in a specific station, cleaning up prep areas, and making sure the kitchen is stocked.

Requirements:

• Honors and encourages others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
• Ability to multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. (no more than 40 lbs.)
