Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute a variety of dishes with precision and attention to detail, maintaining the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu items, ensuring a diverse and exciting dining selection.
• Follow recipes and guidelines to consistently produce high-quality meals that meet our club's standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth service during busy dining periods.
• Assist with food inventory management, including proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
• Uphold a positive and professional attitude, contributing to a harmonious work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook in a reputable restaurant or similar culinary setting.
• Culinary degree or relevant culinary education is a plus.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and delivering consistent results.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
• Flexibility in schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
