We're looking for a dependable Line Cook who takes pride in preparing great food with fresh ingredients in a close-knit kitchen. Hours: Wednesday - Sunday, 2 PM to 10 PM *This position is in Manitowish Waters, WI. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.* Position Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook high-quality menu items with care, consistency, and attention to detail. - Follow proper food preparation, handling, and storage practices. - Apply fundamental cooking techniques and knife skills to support smooth food service. - Keep the work area neat and clean, and maintain food-prep equipment. - Work as part of a small team to deliver a great dining experience. Minimum Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. Culinary degree preferred. - 3+ years of cooking experience preferred. - Knowledge of health, sanitation and personal hygiene standards. - Ability to multitask and communicate clearly when the kitchen gets busy.
