OVERVIEW:

Pins Mechanical Company & 16-Bit Bar+Arcade is a social gathering place that offers a playful alternative to a traditional night out. Whether it's duckpin bowling, pinball, or shuffleboard, Pins brings people together through old-school entertainment, cold brews, and hand-crafted cocktails. As a Line Cook, you're responsible for ensuring food items make it to our guests in a timely manner while maintaining a fast paced, clean, and well organized kitchen environment. We are looking for an individual who can execute to a high standard to give our guests the very best experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure the preparation station and kitchen are set up and stocked

Prepare the simple components of menu items before each shift

Cook menu items in a high quality and timely fashion

Stock inventory and supplies

Support the organization, cleanliness, and safety of the entire kitchen.

Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 2 years of proven experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook

Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, standing, and/or lifting heavy items for an extended period of time

Available to work a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends

Ability to follow proper cleanliness and hygiene procedures

Positive attitude and capacity to handle multiple objectives simultaneously

Founded on the idea of creating a social gathering place that connects people through a un-traditional/playful experience.

Salary

Starting at $17.00 per hour
