Baja Joe's has had an enormous local following in Mesa, AZ for the past 16 years. Ownership is embarking upon creating a new and exciting menu to build upon this established success. Line cooks need to handle high volume of tickets, prepare cleanly presented plates, and work well with others. Station cleanliness a must and overall kitchen cleanliness a priority. The company is looking to expand alternative concepts and brands into the East and West Valley in the next 12-24 months.
