Responsible for the preparation of all food items in the kitchen at Milano's
The BOH Person preps/portions and prepares all food items to proper Milano’s specifications
Duties include but are not limited to maintaining a clean/organized line and the quality of products outlined in the Milano’s recipes and station guides
The BOH person is responsible for maintaining a sanitary, clean work station and all food safety standards
Adheres to proper hygiene and food safety standards.

Cook Tasks
Prepares food items that meet and exceed customer expectations
Complies with all prep/portion sizes and quality standards
Prepares items for all stations by prepping and preparing items at correct temperatures, proper time constraints and food safety standards
Understands the importance of fast ticket times
Prepares correct seasoning, toppings, and sides according to the station charts
Effectively uses prep sheets and prep products to correct recipes and standards
Maintains a clean and sanitary work station using “clean as you go” practices
Provides UME! that meets and exceeds customer expectations
Adheres to the rules of conduct provided in ThreeWitt Enterprises, Inc., dba Milano’s Pizza Subs and Taps employee handbook
Follows all health codes, policies and practices mandated by the Department of Health in Ohio
Maintains a positive mental attitude with all co-workers and guests
