Our Restaurant Group is looking for Line Cooks to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, tenacious, punctual, and engaged. We offer a challenging workplace for individuals interested in furthering their knowledge in the culinary world. Our team just received our 5th James Beard Foundation nomination for Best Chef: SoutheastQualifications:
  • Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred.
  • Able to meet all scheduling commitments.
  • Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
  • Strong attention to detail
Job Duties:
  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently.
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation.
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment.
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: $7.25/hr+ tipsBenefits:
