We are hiring a Night Shift Line Cook to prepare and cook menu items during late-night hours. This role requires speed, consistency, and attention to cleanliness in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
Cook and prepare food according to recipes and standards
Set up and stock your station
Keep the kitchen clean and organized during and after your shift
Follow food safety and sanitation rules
Work efficiently during high-volume late-night service
Assist with closing and cleaning duties
Requirements
Line cook or kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work late nights and overnight shifts
Reliable and punctual
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
