Clinton Hall is looking for a motivated and reliable Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. Known for our craft burgers, elevated bar food, and high-energy atmosphere, we re seeking someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in consistency and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Execute menu items with consistency, accuracy, and speed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with kitchen team and management
- Assist with prep, inventory, and daily kitchen operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a NYC kitchen
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Availability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- NYC Food Handler s Permit is a plus (not required)
