Clinton Hall is looking for a motivated and reliable Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. Known for our craft burgers, elevated bar food, and high-energy atmosphere, we re seeking someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in consistency and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Execute menu items with consistency, accuracy, and speed
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
  
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  
• Work collaboratively with kitchen team and management
  
• Assist with prep, inventory, and daily kitchen operations
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a NYC kitchen
  
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  
• Availability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  
• NYC Food Handler s Permit is a plus (not required)
