Requirements include quick ticket reading, maintaining a clean work area, knowledge of recipes, proper food labeling, and adherence to safety protocols. Must be able to lift 50lbs, stand for extended periods, and operate kitchen equipment safely. Useful qualifications are prior culinary experience, equipment familiarity, and strong time management skills.
