Line Cook

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented line cook to prepare made-to-order breakfast and lunch items efficiently and accurately.

• Prepare and execute menu items following established recipes, portioning, and cooking methods to ensure quality and presentation.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper ingredient handling, storage, and cleanliness.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies for smooth service.
• Ensure all dishes meet quality, taste, and appearance standards.
• Participate in cleaning, equipment maintenance, and overall kitchen organization.

Requirements include quick ticket reading, maintaining a clean work area, knowledge of recipes, proper food labeling, and adherence to safety protocols. Must be able to lift 50lbs, stand for extended periods, and operate kitchen equipment safely. Useful qualifications are prior culinary experience, equipment familiarity, and strong time management skills.
