As a Noodle Line Cook, you help bring some of Din Tai Fung's most beloved dishes to life. In this role, you'll prepare our signature noodle dishes following Din Tai Fung's recipes, cook times, techniques, and plating standards to ensure every plate meets the qualityand consistency our guests expect. You'll start by checking ingredient quality, preparing and cutting garnishes, and setting up your station for service. Throughout the shift, you'll focus on precision and teamwork while maintaining a clean, organized station. Responsibilities also include properly labeling items in compliance with health department regulations and company procedures, and participating in monthly staff and noodle department meetings as part of your continued growth and development.
