Field Day Brewing Co. in North Liberty, IA is hiring Line Cooks to join our kitchen team.

Pay
$15 - $22 per hour based on experience.

What You’ll Do
- Set up your station with the ingredients, equipment, and supplies needed for service
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and established standards
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining food quality and consistency
- Complete prep work and prepare ingredients as needed
- Follow portioning, plating, and presentation standards
- Properly label, rotate, store, and handle food
- Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift
- Keep your station and surrounding kitchen areas clean and organized
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
- Communicate with kitchen leadership and teammates to keep service running smoothly
- Support kitchen operations wherever needed
- Complete other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience is preferred
- Ability to stay productive in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and attentive to detail
- Willingness to learn and contribute wherever needed
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, Sundays, and holidays as scheduled
- Ability to stand and move throughout the kitchen for extended periods
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 40 pounds
