Field Day Brewing Co., the first and only brewery and full-service restaurant in North Liberty, IA, is hiring experienced Cooks to join our kitchen team.

Field Day Brewing Co. is a brewery and full-service restaurant offering a rotating craft beer lineup alongside a chef-driven food menu prepared in-house. We pride ourselves on a high-energy, team-oriented environment focused on quality, consistency, and hospitality.

We are seeking motivated and experienced Cooks who take pride in their work and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaboration, attention to detail, and delivering consistent, high-quality food in a dynamic setting.

Compensation ranges from $15–$22 per hour based on experience.

Schedule: Part-time (20–30 hours per week). Evening, weekend, and Sunday availability required. Flexible scheduling options may be available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute menu items with consistency and attention to detail
  • Support plating and cooking execution according to company standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper storage procedures
  • Assist with prep, inventory, and stock rotation
  • Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen leadership
  • Support overall kitchen operations as needed

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum 1 year of line cook experience preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism during busy service periods
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
