WE’RE HIRING A LINE COOK AT BERRY'S ON MAIN! Starting pay $17-$19 based on experience

Do you love food, like staying busy, and take pride in sending out a great plate every single time? Berry’s on Main is looking for an experienced, dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team!

We’re a busy, growing, family-owned restaurant where we make our food with care and believe a great kitchen should work hard, work together, and still have a little fun along the way.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• A passion for cooking and putting out great food
• Ability to cook consistently and follow recipes, portions, plating, and presentation standards
• A self-starter who sees what needs done and gets it done
• Dependable and punctual- being on time and showing up for your scheduled shifts is extremely important
• A true team player who communicates well and jumps in when needed
• Able to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision
• Follows food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times
• Keeps their station clean, stocked, organized, and ready for service
• Able to stay calm, organized, and focused during a busy rush
• Able to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Professional, neat, and clean in appearance
• Willing to learn, take direction, and accept feedback
• Pays attention to quality and understands that consistency matters- our guests should get the same delicious meal every time they visit
• Helps with prep, stocking, cleaning, opening, and closing responsibilities
• Must be available to work weekends, including Sundays
