Prepare and plate fresh, delicious meals according to spec
Master multiple stations — Carving, Grill, Fryer, Sides, and more
Maintain fast ticket times and consistent food quality
Communicate clearly with Expo and fellow team members
Uphold kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
Previous line or kitchen experience preferred
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
