Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This position is best suited for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in consistency, and understands the importance of execution during service.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards
Maintain consistency, portioning, and presentation during service
Properly set up, stock, and break down stations
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift
Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen staff during service
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Assist with prep and inventory organization as needed
Qualifications:
Previous line cook experience required
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to stay organized and focused during busy service periods
