Shift: Weekends 2:00pm-10:00pm
Rate of Pay: $21.00 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food is prepared safely and in compliance with sanitation guidelines
- Operate grills, ovens, broilers, and other kitchen equipment efficiently
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Assist with food prep, ingredient organization, and inventory rotation
- Coordinate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Support chefs and managers as needed during service
What We’re Looking For
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Passion for food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of lunch and dinner menu preparation
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 30+ pounds
- Ability to stand for extended shifts of 8+ hours
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment
- Ability to hear and communicate clearly during busy service periods
