We are seeking an experienced and dependable Line Cook to join our team. This position offers part-time to full-time hours based on experience, availability, and performance.
Requirements:
Previous line cook experience is required
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety standards
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with prep work, stocking, and kitchen operations as needed
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
