Role Overview
As a Line Cook or Prep Cook, you'll be essential to our kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing ingredients and components for menu items with precision and consistency
• Operating kitchen equipment safely and maintaining high sanitation standards
• Collaborating with the culinary team to execute dishes efficiently during service
• Maintaining organized, clean workstations and storage areas
• Following recipes and plating guidelines to ensure quality and presentation
• Supporting inventory management and communicating needs to kitchen leadership
