SHO Asian Table is seeking passionate, energetic, and hospitality-driven individuals to join our opening team. Whether you're an experienced hospitality professional or looking to grow your career, we'd love the opportunity to meet you.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, presentation standards, and ticket times
  
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked station
  
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, labeling, and storage requirements
  
• Maintain consistent food quality and portion control
  
• Communicate effectively with chefs, managers, and other kitchen team members
  
• Assist with food preparation, cleaning, and other kitchen responsibilities as needed
  
• Follow all company policies and workplace safety procedures
  

• Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
  
• Nights and weekends are required
  
• Holiday availability may be required based on business needs
  
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
  
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
  
• Ability to follow recipes and direction
  
• Commitment to food quality, cleanliness, and workplace safety
  

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
  
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, twist, and move between workstations
  
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  
• Ability to safely use knives, kitchen equipment, and hot cooking surfaces
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with heat, steam, noise, and temperature changes
  
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
