Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.00 / hour

Clyde’s Restaurant Group which owns 14 well-known restaurant concepts across the DMV—is excited to introduce Ebbitt House, a sister restaurant to the historic Old Ebbitt Grill. 
 
Ebbitt House will opening in late summer 2026 at Reston Station on the Silver Metro Line, and will bring the energy, flavor, and tradition of Old Ebbitt Grill to Reston, featuring American classics, twice-daily happy hours, and a seafood-forward menu.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A LINE COOK

  • Hardworking, attentive, and hospitality-driven with a desire to excel and maintain the highest level of service
  • Experience as a cook desired, preferably in a fine dining restaurant
  • Flexible availability to work mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and weekdays as needed

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A LINE COOK

  • Set up cooking station with delicious food products and supplies
  • Read computerized orders and use recipes to cook orders
  • Operate kitchen equipment
  • Clean, restock, and organize workstation during the shift
  • Follow Clyde’s high standards for food safety and quality
