As a Line Cook, your role is to prepare delicious meals and appetizers that delight guests in a fast-paced, energetic kitchen focused on safety and cleanliness.
You'll follow recipes, cook dishes to perfection, and present meals that impress. Your day includes team check-ins, cooking, maintaining food safety standards, cleaning your station, and assisting with prep and organization.
This position requires working nights, weekends, and holidays, with shifts typically from 4pm-6pm until 9pm-12am. Key requirements include teamwork, clear communication, following recipes and safety guidelines, and maintaining a clean workspace. A food handler's permit is preferred or willingness to obtain one.
