We are seeking a reliable and experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Set up and stock workstations with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Properly store, label, and rotate food items.
- Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and receiving deliveries as needed.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience with grill, sauté, fryer, or prep stations.
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- ServSafe or Food Handler Certification is a plus.
