Are you a skilled and creative culinary professional eager to showcase your talents in a dynamic, customer-focused team? We’re seeking an experienced and organized Line Cook, whether you're a grill cook, sauté cook, wheel cook, or fry cook, to join our kitchen staff and contribute to the overall excellence of We the People Taproom.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare workstations, ingredients, and kitchen equipment for efficient cooking
• Cook, arrange, and present food with flair and attention to detail
• Maintain a sanitized, organized, and well-stocked kitchen environment
• Check ingredient quality, manage food storage, and stock levels
• Follow and uphold thorough sanitation and safety procedures
• Collaborate closely with team members to deliver delicious, timely dishes

Who You Are:

• An experienced cook with a passion for culinary excellence and creativity
• Skilled in using commercial kitchen equipment and various cooking techniques
• Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to cleanliness
• A team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Hold a high school diploma; a culinary certification is a plus
