Set up and stock kitchen stations with all necessary supplies and prep ingredients.
Prepare and cook high-quality menu items to our exact, award-winning standards.
Work closely and communicate effectively with the rest of the kitchen crew to ensure tickets go out simultaneously and accurately.
Execute orders with speed, precision, and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
Follow portion controls, presentation specifications, and standard recipes.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation throughout the shift.
Properly store and rotate food inventory using standard safety protocols (FIFO).
Follow all food safety, health department, and sanitation guidelines.
Experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook is preferred, but a great attitude and eagerness to learn are even more important!
Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, cooking methods, and food safety standards.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak dining and theater hours.
Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for long periods of time during a shift.
Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver kitchen items and inventory weighing up to 50 lbs.
