Line Cook | $16–$18 per hour | Lunch & Dinner Shifts Available

Green Mill Restaurant & Bar in St. Cloud, MN is looking for Line Cooks to join our fast-paced kitchen team. Whether you’re an experienced cook or just getting started, if you’ve got a great attitude and strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.

Line Cook Responsibilities:

• Prep ingredients and set up stations according to recipes and specs
• Cook menu items with speed, accuracy, and attention to presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Work closely with other kitchen staff and FOH team to deliver great guest experiences

Line Cook Qualifications:

• Previous line or prep cook experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work mornings and/or nights and weekends
• Comfortable in a high-volume, team-oriented kitchen
• Reliable and punctual with dependable transportation
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• ServSafe certification is a plus
