Line Cook

We're hiring Line Cooks as we gear up for patio season at The Train Shed at Union Station! This is a fast-paced kitchen, so we're looking for someone who can take direction, stay cool under pressure, and work well with a team.

What We Need:

• Previous experience in a full service kitchen or as a line cook
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with co-workers and management
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Commitment to upholding all standards & procedures to provide an excellent product and experience for our guests
• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to high standards of cleanliness and food quality

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and cook menu items correctly with speed and attention to detail
• Ensure all dishes meet presentation, portion, and quality standards
• Stock your station and help keep kitchen clean
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures, keeping health standards top of mind
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
