Key Responsibilities

• Precision Execution: Cook, prepare, and portion meats and sides to exact specifications, ensuring the final assembly meets our high standards.
• The "Window" Standard: Ensure every tray looks like the best BBQ in America before it leaves the kitchen.
• Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean, inspection-ready station and adhere to health standards to avoid any health inspection failures.
• Team Hustle: Support all areas of the kitchen, from the line to the dish pit, demonstrating teamwork and flexibility.
• Kindness over "Niceness": Foster professional and direct communication, prioritizing quality and safety over comfort.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and a strong record of punctuality and dependability.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work 8–10 hour shifts on your feet and lift/carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Availability: Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Full-Time, with flexibility required for nights, weekends, and holidays.
