What You'll Be Cooking Up️ Prepare a variety of menu items including seafood, meats, poultry, vegetables, and cold dishes Set up and stock your station for success before every service Plate meals with consistency, quality, and attention to detail Prepare sauces, garnishes, and accompaniments Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout your shift Properly label, date, and store food items Follow food safety and sanitation standards Work closely with our Executive Chef and culinary team to provide an outstanding dining experience What We're Looking For️ 3–5 years of experience in fine dining or a private club environment ️ Passion for cooking and delivering high-quality food ️ Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a busy kitchen ️ Team player with a positive attitude ️ Ability to follow recipes and directions in English ️ ServSafe Certification is a plus What to ExpectThis is a physically active position where you'll spend most of your shift on your feet in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. You'll regularly lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warm kitchen environment, especially during our busy season.
