Our rotating seasonal menu, regular events (tastings, parties) and daily specials provide ample opportunity to learn and build your culinary repertoire. Line cooks will prepare their stations, handle daily prep work and service, follow recipes and safety protocols, and work collaboratively with our front of house. 

 

Line cook requirements:

• Some kitchen or school experience in the hospitality industry

• Availability to work varied hours/days, flexibility to come in early/late occasionally

• Reliable transportation to and from work

• Ability to lift and carry heavy plates, boxes, food deliveries
