About the Role:
Rosati's Pizza in Sleepy Hollow, IL is looking for a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team! Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Rosati's recipes and quality standards
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before each shift
• Execute food prep tasks including chopping, slicing, portioning, and assembling ingredients
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage to minimize waste
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak hours
• Follow all food safety and handling guidelines in compliance with health regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
• Food handler certification is a plus
