About the Role:

Rosati's Pizza in Sleepy Hollow, IL is looking for a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team! If you love crafting delicious food in a fast-paced environment and take pride in every dish that goes out, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to Rosati's recipes and quality standards
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before each shift
Execute food prep tasks including chopping, slicing, portioning, and assembling ingredients
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift
Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage to minimize waste
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak hours
Follow all food safety and handling guidelines in compliance with health regulations

Requirements:

Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
Food handler certification is a plus
