South Coast Winery Resort & Spa is seeking a passionate and talented Line Cook to join the award-winning culinary team led by Executive Chef Anthony Bar, at Vineyard Rose Restaurant. Position Summary


The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and quality standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation. This position plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, specifications, and presentation standards.
  • Set up and stock workstations with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures in compliance with health regulations.
  • Ensure consistent food quality and timely preparation during service periods.
  • Assist with receiving, rotating, and storing food products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and work areas.
  • Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs to supervisors.
  • Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and departmental standards.
