Responsibilities of a Line Cook:
- Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen.
- Preparing workstations and kitchen equipment.
- Checking ingredient quality and preparing them using various techniques.
- Cooking food using culinary skills and ensuring appealing presentation.
- Managing food storage, stock, and ingredient orders.
Line Cook Requirements:
- Prior experience as a cook.
- Skilled in operating kitchen equipment.
- Knowledge of and adherence to sanitation procedures.
- Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, work quickly, and hold a high school diploma.
