Line Cook

A Valley Goat Cook 2 is an essential member of the culinary team, bringing solid technical skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to teamwork. You'll prepare and execute dishes across multiple stations while supporting a variety of food and beverage venues throughout the hotel, helping deliver the quality and consistency our guests expect.

Work a variety of stations with consistency, precision, and attention to detail.

Prepare and plate dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.

Support restaurant, banquet, caf , and other culinary operations as needed.

Prepare mise en place for service readiness.

Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe workstation.

Communicate effectively with chefs and teammates.

Assist with prep production and support the team as needed.

Participate in banquet production and high-volume events.

Minimum 1 year of professional kitchen experience.

Solid understanding of fundamental cooking techniques.

Confidence working multiple stations during service.

Banquet or high-volume experience preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to follow recipes, plating guides, and station procedures.

Working knowledge of kitchen weights, measurements, and food preparation.

Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning.
