- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Participate in menu planning and development.
- Assist with training new kitchen staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Food Handler's Certification is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
