We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. The Opportunity

Tired of the same old line, cooking the same old menu, with no room to grow?

At Westerfield Club, we arent just running a kitchen - we are building a massive, multi-venue culinary campus. We are looking for passionate, driven Line Cooks and Chefs who want to get in on the ground floor of an unprecedented expansion.

Our chefs are bringing their experience in Michelin starred kitchens, world class hotels and resorts, and high end dining to Tuscaloosa.

If you want to refine your skills in fine dining, crush high-end banquet volume, and have the opportunity to move up rapidly as we launch five distinct new concepts, we want you on our brigade.

Over the next 12 months, we are transforming our property into a premier destination. As part of our culinary team, you will have the chance to cross-train, transfer, and get promoted across an incredible variety of brand-new concepts:

• The Main Clubhouse: Our crown jewel, featuring an ever-evolving, rotating seasonal menu focused on fresh, high-end ingredients.

• The Lakefront Restaurant: A brand-new scenic dining experience right on the water.

• The BBQ House: An authentic, smoke-driven barbecue joint celebrating the craft of slow-cooked meats.

• The Hotel & Fine Dining: A luxury hotel addition featuring an upscale, flagship fine-dining restaurant.

• The "Top Golf" Style Range: A high-energy, fast-paced entertainment venue serving elevated casual bites and drinks.

What You'll Be Doing Right Now

While we build the future, our current operations are booming. Your day-to-day will include:

• Executing flawlessly on our main clubhouses rotating seasonal menu.

• Prepping and plating for high-end banquets, luxury weddings, and exclusive member events.

• Working alongside a talented team of chefs dedicated to scratch cooking and culinary excellence.

• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and station organization.

What We're Looking For

• Passion & Drive: You care about the food you put on the plate, whether its a 300-person wedding or an intimate dinner for two.

• Experience: Previous experience on a hot line, preferably in fine dining, banquets, or a high-volume scratch kitchen. (Culinary degree is a plus, but hustle and knife skills matter more).

• Adaptability: You thrive in a dynamic environment and are excited by the prospect of learning new cuisines-from fine dining to authentic BBQ.

• Reliability: You have reliable transportation to make the scenic drive to our beautiful property.
