Line Cook

As a line cook, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and presentation of our dishes. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure that every plate served meets our high standards of quality and taste. 

Your key responsibilities will be to : 

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work efficiently to meet order deadlines during peak service times.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and a team player mentality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
