About the Role:
Join the team at FIREBREW Bar & Grill as a Line Cook! We are looking for hard working culinary professionals to create delicious dishes in a vibrant atmosphere. Full-time or part-time available. 



Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food presentation meets the restaurant's standards before serving.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Assist in inventory management and food storage practices.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Participate in daily prep and ensure all ingredients are fresh and ready.
• Adapt to changing menus and special requests with creativity and skill.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
• Understanding of cooking techniques, equipment, and food safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a passion for food quality.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
