Responsibilities:
Prep ingredients and set up stations according to recipes and specs
Cook menu items with speed, accuracy, and attention to presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Work closely with other kitchen staff and FOH team to deliver great guest experiences
Qualifications:
Previous line or prep cook experience is preferred but not required
Ability to work nights and weekends
Comfortable in a high-volume, team-oriented kitchen
Ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures
Reliable and punctual with dependable transportation
ServSafe certification is a plus, but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
