Busy Irish-American Steak & Seafood Restaurant

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

Our restaurant serves steaks, seafood, burgers, pizza, sandwiches, and American classics. We need someone who works well in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in preparing great food.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and restaurant standards
• Work stations such as grill, sauté, pizza, fry, or sandwich
• Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep
• Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
• Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Work efficiently during busy service
• Communicate and work well with the kitchen team

Requirements

• Previous restaurant kitchen experience preferred
• Grill, pizza, seafood, or high-volume kitchen experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Able to work weekends and holidays
