NOW HIRING:
Line Cooks – for fast-paced kitchen
Pay: $15-$18/ hour depending on experience
Full Time & Part Time
Responsibilities:
- Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
- Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
- Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods
- Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
- Occasionally serve/run food
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
- Handle and store ingredients and food
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure stations are prepped, stocked and ready for service
- Turn over clean and restocked station for next shift
- Standard cleaning of equipment, dishes and facilities
- Being a team player and helping others
Skills:
- Prep and cook in a fast paced restaurant kitchen
- Works well independently and with a team
- Familiar with kitchen sanitation measures and safety regulations
- Knows how to cook on and operate flat tops, burners, ovens, and fryers
- Multi-tasking
- Can lift and move boxes/objects 50lbs
- Maintains a positive attitude throughout the shift no matter how busy it gets
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months restaurant kitchen prep experience (required).
- Minimum 1 year restaurant kitchen cooking and/or prep experience (preferred).
- Reliable transportation (required)
- ServSafe Food Handler or willing to get it (required)
- ServeSafe Manager Certification or willing to get it (desired).

- Days & Evenings
- Weekdays and weekends
