Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook ingredients on a fast-paced hot line
• Maintain a sanitized and well-organized station
• Prepare workstations and kitchen equipment for cooking
• Check ingredient quality and manage food storage and stock
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience as a line cook with strong culinary skills
• Proficient in operating kitchen equipment and following sanitation procedures
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
