Line Cook

Pay: $18–$24 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday | Off Monday and Tuesday

Pickle Factory is seeking an experienced and dependable Line Cook to join its culinary team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in food quality, and works well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation expectations

• Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation

• Ensure food is prepared accurately and efficiently during service

• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, labeling, and storage procedures

• Communicate effectively with the Chef, kitchen leadership, and other team members

• Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and closing responsibilities

• Maintain consistency in portioning, taste, presentation, and ticket times

• Support other kitchen stations as needed

Qualifications

• Previous line cook or professional kitchen experience preferred

• Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work the required Wednesday–Sunday schedule

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
