What You’ll Do as a Talented Line Cook

• Prepare menu items quickly, accurately, and consistently to maintain quality
• Communicate clearly with chefs, cooks, servers, and managers to keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Keep your station clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout your shift
• Maintain focus and productivity during high-volume, fast-paced periods
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and food safety standards with care
• Work with urgency while ensuring every plate looks great and tastes delicious
• Speak up and collaborate to solve problems and improve kitchen flow
