Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate Line Cook to join the team at our dynamic Greek-American fusion restaurant. In this role, you will use high-quality ingredients to prepare innovative dishes that blend authentic Greek flavors with American culinary influences for our guests. Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and cook Greek-American fusion dishes
• Present food in an appealing manner, reflecting the vibrant and innovative aesthetic of Greek-American fusion
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels of ingredients and let team know as needed
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and standards
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management
  
  

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in a similar role is required. Diner experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
