Line Cook
Prepare quality food items according to recipes and brand standards while providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain station with necessary inventory.
- Be knowledgeable of menu items and specials.
- Maintain sanitary kitchen conditions.
- Inform supervisor of outofstock items.
- Requisition and prep items as needed.
- Complete assigned endofshift duties.
- Report safety and security issues.
- Maintain clean and organized work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Six months of line cook experience preferred but not required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of cooking equipment and methods.
- Ability to follow sanitation standards.
- Clear communication and active listening.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and varied shifts.
