Line Cook

Prepare quality food items according to recipes and brand standards while providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain station with necessary inventory.
  • Be knowledgeable of menu items and specials.
  • Maintain sanitary kitchen conditions.
  • Inform supervisor of outofstock items.
  • Requisition and prep items as needed.
  • Complete assigned endofshift duties.
  • Report safety and security issues.
  • Maintain clean and organized work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Six months of line cook experience preferred but not required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Knowledge of cooking equipment and methods.
  • Ability to follow sanitation standards.
  • Clear communication and active listening.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and varied shifts.
